Got into Mountain Biking in 1987.... Did nothing but Mtn until the fall of 2001, hopped on a Road Bike and now do that 98% of time.

Love the Challenge of cycling, the fitness benefits and the fun of riding with friends who double as rivals at the drop of a Gu pak.....

Be nice to me Guys, I am older and chunkier....and for heaven's sake pick up that Gu pak, let's go to Starbuck's, ......pppplease!!!!!!
